Ingeborg Estergren Scholarship

Ms. Ingeborg Estergren, wishing to promote the Swedish culture of her parents, Sophia Hansen and Waldemar von Schneidau, used a portion of her estate to create the Ingeborg Estergren Scholarship. The scholarship is for undergraduate students participating in an eligible CLU sponsored study-abroad program in Sweden during the academic year. The Scholarship provides up to $5,000 that can be used for tuition, room, meals, transportation and books necessary for the program. Preferably, students are completing work toward a teaching career.
